We’ve All Got Some Growing to Do…

Welcome to the new Central Youth Network!

We’re all about seeing young people grow and thrive and reach their full potential through the power of Jesus Christ in their lives. We recognize that youth development isn’t static–it can’t be prepackaged or boxed in. That’s because young people are constantly growing, and so are the rest of us!

The same is true for us, and there are changes in the air here at the Central Youth Network.

We’ve got some great things happening to the site that will be rolling out over the course of the next few weeks, and we’ve also got some big events just around the corner. Urbana 12 will be here before you know it–when over 150 Salvationist delegates from all across the US will converge on St. Louis, MO to pursue God’s heart for world missions. Registration for the Territorial Developing Youth Leaders seminar in February is open now, and you will not want to miss the great training, equipping, and encouraging that will be a part of that week! A great program, new to the Central Territory, called Bible Bowl is beginning to take root in our Corps, and we’re going to keep you up to date on all that and many other developments happening.

What Is God Growing In Your Heart and Life?

We are here because you are important to The Salvation Army. We want to pour into the youth leaders of our Territory because you are the ones who will grow the Kingdom in the lives of the young people of your Corps. So we want to pay attention to what’s growing in your heart and we want to encourage you and equip you with what you need to make a difference in your community.

That’s why we’re very excited to be rolling out this new Central Youth Network site. You’ll find that things are being reorganized in way that makes everything easier to find and interact with. We’ll also be bringing you new content, great resources, and a whole lot more in the coming weeks.
