Asbury University – Winter ACCESS Days

asburyVia Metro Youth Network:

Asbury University will be holding Winter ACCESS Days from January 23-26, 2014. This is a college visit opportunity that you will not want to miss. If you’re looking for a new environment, out of the city, and one with intentional Christian community, than this is the perfect place for you to think about.

This is a great opportunity for juniors and seniors in high school to experience the Asbury community firsthand. Explore majors, attend classes, worship in chapel, meet professors and students and spend the night in a residence hall. The ACCESS schedule will conclude early Friday evening. Immediately following the Admissions-Office sponsored event, The Salvation Army delegates will then have opportunity to experience The Salvation Army campus community firsthand for the rest of the weekend.

The SASF (Salvation Army Student Fellowship) will provide opportunities to visit the Moulton Memorial Student Center, meet The Salvation Army students who are enrolled in the University, as well as experience fun and fellowship events in Wilmore and surrounding communities. This portion of the visitation weekend will conclude after Sunday morning worship with the SASF.

Those interested in visiting Asbury University and the SASF, should register on the Winter ACCESS Days website. IMPORTANT: There is no specific field to identify your church affiliation. Registering students from The Salvation Army should be sure to identify themselves as “Salvationist” in the “Comment” field at the bottom of the registration form.

Additionally, if you are interested, please let contact your Corps Officer AND Barb Higgins (THQ Youth Department) by December 19, 2013.
